Group Therapy

 

Working with those who understand where you have been and what you have been through is one of the most powerful tools we use in healing the invisible wounds suffered in combat.

 

Although we may not have been in the exact situation you have been we may have been in an experience much like yours. There is something about "walking a mile in your shoes" that allows us to help each other through even the most difficult situations and work through issues you may feel you are alone in.

 

Our group therapy experience is a veteran run group which focuses on what the group is experiencing that minute, week or month on a personal level.

 

  • Trouble relating with a loved one?
  • difficulty getting out of bed sometimes?
  • Mad for no reason but just because?
